Customer Service/ Technical Support


    Responsibilities

    1-Provide customer support through inbound/outbound calls or online (depends on client needs).

    2-Resolve routine issues regarding products or services.

    3-Handle inquiries for Customer Care, Travel Advisor, or Technical Support roles.

    • Customer Care: Assist with bookings or returns.
    • Travel Advisor: Provide travel advice and tailor holidays.
    • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Arabic (C1).
    • 2+ years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
    • Skilled in social media and Ads Manager.
    • Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
    • Experience in photography/videography (portfolio a plus).
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling.
    • Data-driven with analytical skills.
