
Responsibilities
1-Provide customer support through inbound/outbound calls or online (depends on client needs).
2-Resolve routine issues regarding products or services.
3-Handle inquiries for Customer Care, Travel Advisor, or Technical Support roles.
- Customer Care: Assist with bookings or returns.
- Travel Advisor: Provide travel advice and tailor holidays.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (C1).
- 2+ years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Skilled in social media and Ads Manager.
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Experience in photography/videography (portfolio a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling.
- Data-driven with analytical skills.
